Service Designer

As the Innovation Consultant, you will independently and collaboratively work alongside a
multidisciplinary team conducting research, designing, prototyping, testing, and working on
other client-related deliverables.
You will also develop and maintain direct relationships with clients that you must handle with
respect and professionalism, as you ensure project results exceed their standards.

P.S: Exclusively for Georgia residents, US citizens (available to move to Georgia).
> Responsibilities
Working on Strategic projects to help our clients solve their problems through Design
Thinking methods (other approaches such as Lean Startup and Jobs-to-be-done are a plus)
Planning and conducting field research, gathering findings and uncovering insight
Bringing critical thinking in every step of the projects, and constantly complimenting ideas
with current examples and references
Collaborating with team and office members located around the world
Organizing and leading creative workshops
Paying attention to detail to deliver high quality results
Self-managing own goals and tasks, and asking for help when needed
Engaging and participating in projects with prospects and/or clients
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
Bringing a fresh perspective and the confidence to build upon discussion
Preparing and presenting client presentations throughout the development of a project
Supporting with internal MJV projects (such as employee engagement and marketing
initiatives)
> What we’re looking for
Bachelors in Design / Service Design / Digital Design / Innovation Design / Business
Administration (or related fields) with 5 years of experience OR Masters in similar fields with
applied experience of at least 3 years.
Experience must be related to design, design research, digital development, UI/UX, graphic
design, product design, design strategy, business strategy or innovation consulting
Portfolio is required
Empathetic, unbiased, inclusive perspectives that lead to real human-centered design
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and graphic)
Strong strategic mindset and desire to contribute, balanced with a passion to listen and
evaluate everyone’s contribution
Creative thinking and the ability to think strategically to help conceptualize solutions to solve
our prospects’ and clients’ challenges
Workshop design and facilitation skills
