We are looking for Service Designer – NPS Projects

What you will work on:

• Develop NPS and other CX metrics approaches (CES, CSAT)
• Customer development;
• Taking part in the development of new products and revenue features;
• Facilitation of Program/Portfolio Level SD sprints using design thinking;
• Weekly reporting Team Lead IED;
• Conducting training on customer-centricity and service design thinking for Service teams:

To successfully handle this position you need:

• Deep understanding of the theories and methodologies of service design;
• Experience in sociological and marketing research;
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills;
• Mastery Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Mural, Miro or other design and management tools;
• Experience working with remote distributed teams;
• Proficiency in human-centered design methodologies and rapid idea generation processes such as Lean XD and Design Sprints;
• Experience in primary research management, including research planning, recruitment, moderation, analysis and knowledge sharing;
• English proficiency B2
