You’ll also work closely with Policy colleagues to help design and test new interventions to support councils to complete and implement the CAF, and to explore how MHCLG can manage cyber resilience in the longer term.

The role welcomes service designers who are keen to be creative and innovative with experience or an interest in strategic approaches to service design or those who are interested in systems thinking. The role will fit those who like to look at the bigger picture, make connections across services and systems, and those who can tell a story through design.
