This is what you will do
As a Service Designer within the Enterprise CX team, you are the link between customer experience and operational efficiency. You develop, optimize and implement processes that impact the entire customer journey, from sales to service.
Your main responsibilities:
- Leadership and coaching : You guide and inspire fellow CX managers and other teams in process management, and ensure high-quality working methods and professional development within the team.
- End-to-end process optimization : You design and optimize processes for customer, product, sales and employee journeys, with the aim of a consistent customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Cross-functional collaboration : You work closely with IT, operations, sales and other stakeholders to align customer expectations and business objectives, and realize scalable and future-proof solutions.
- Journey mapping and strategic insights : You develop customer journey maps and initiate improvement programs based on customer and business insights.
- Data-driven decision making : You use customer feedback and data analysis to identify process improvements and monitor success.
- Long-term strategy and documentation : You document new process designs and improvements and advise on central process design that strengthens efficiency and customer focus.
