What awaits you?
- You define and sharpen problems so that we generate real added value for our customers with precise solutions.
- In the project team, you promote the optimal balance between the needs of our customers, business interests and the technical framework.
- You optimize processes and create seamless, outstanding experiences across all channels.
- You choose the appropriate research method to identify and prioritize customer needs along the customer journey and to derive requirements from them.
- You will bring diverse stakeholders together in workshops and bring products and solutions to life together with them. You act as the voice of our customers.
- Your concepts impress with their simplicity and clarity with a focus on the essentials.
- In usability tests and eye tracking studies, you check the quality of the individual solutions with users and derive the right next steps.
What do you bring with you?
- You love to work in an agile and interdisciplinary manner – your positive personality and your solution-oriented way of working will inspire your project team and all stakeholders to go the extra mile for our customers.
- You have many years of experience in user-centered conception and service design, ideally in the digitization of complex processes in a regulated environment.
- You use your excellent knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research as well as usability testing profitably.
- You are a professional when it comes to service blueprinting and customer journey mapping.
- You communicate skillfully and convincingly at different management levels and moderate workshops and specialist meetings with passion and confidence.
