What we’re looking for:
Service design is about planning and increasing the quality of an organization’s total service offer, including people, infrastructure, communication and products. As a service designer you take these factors into consideration when designing a seamless service experience to help the customer complete his/her goal.
You do this with different tools, research methods and exercises. Which helps you to identify problems, solutions and gives you an overview of the interactions between the organisation and the customer and how it affects them.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Identify service opportunities through research and workshops.
- Make research findings tangible for stakeholders and product team.
- Create service concepts through ideation, prototyping and validation.
- Identify service feasibility and ways how to implement it in the organisation.
- Communicate results and strategy to stakeholders in a way they can understand it.
- Support the clients organisation during the service implementation.
In addition, we expect you to:
- Coordinate projects.
- Participate or lead in internal development projects and groups, if applicable.
- Contribute to efficient skills transfer.
- Contribute to a favorable working environment.
- To always represent Humblebee in the best possible way to contacts, customers, industry gatherings, trade events, external partners and suppliers.
- Participate in projects as a subject expert, if applicable.
- Keep updated, deepen your existing skills and widen your range by finding avenues of development you find interesting.
- Suggest and raise any larger project proposals for discussion.
