Service Designer

About you

We are looking for you who have

• Relevant academic degree in, for example, service design, innovation or business design, or another academic degree in combination with experience that can be considered equivalent
• several years of relevant experience in project work
• experience in running innovation processes/development work

Meritorious

• work in government and the conditions it entails
• to conduct change work, for example via needs-driven development/service design and facilitating workshops
• experience in mapping user needs, developing strategies, visualizing goals
