We are looking for you who have
- Relevant academic degree in, for example, service design, innovation or business design, or another academic degree in combination with experience that can be considered equivalent
- several years of relevant experience in project work
- experience in running innovation processes/development work
Meritorious
- work in government and the conditions it entails
- to conduct change work, for example via needs-driven development/service design and facilitating workshops
- experience in mapping user needs, developing strategies, visualizing goals
