Junior Service Designer

What are you going to do?

As a Junior Service Designer with us, you will, together with our design team, be the customer’s ambassador and represent the joy of playing, simplicity and responsibility in the products and services we design. As we believe that you do not have that much experience in the profession, we greatly value your ability to curiously and drivingly get to know the customer and their needs and transform these into hypotheses, customer journeys, sketches and scenarios. You prepare and conduct interviews and observations with customers, but also by understanding the overall internal experience with the help of interviews and workshops, as well as technology and external trends.

You are brave and innovative and you have the ability to visually convey your thoughts and ideas to be able to quickly move forward in the design process. Depending on your experience, you may either follow and help in assignments, to soon become responsible and driving to achieve set experience goals and shape customer experiences that live up to these. You carry out your work in close collaboration with other Service Designers, Concept Designers, Design Director, Product and Service Owners, UX, the agile teams and other stakeholders at Svenska Spel.

Are you the one who will do it?

We see that you have a post-secondary education in Service Design or similar. Your work experience is not as important to us, but we are happy to see that you have a great interest and desire to gain experience, speed up the gaming experience and get to know our many customers. You want to try and explore what is possible both from the gaming experience and yourself and are not afraid to take care of yourself and pursue new tasks and challenges. 

You are fast and agile in your way of structuring and gaining insight into what is to be achieved, visualizing ideas and solutions and using the design process as an obvious tool for your work. You want to learn and contribute with innovative and well-balanced solutions for customer value, business value and feasibility from IT.
