Service Designer

Humblebee
Service design at Humblebee is about creating profitable services that users love. You will design seamless service experiences by considering people, infrastructure, communication and products. We’re looking for a do-er that excels equally in strategic discussion and hands-dirty prototyping to run experiments & test hypotheses.
You’ll work closely with customer stakeholders to get buy-in, coordinate activities and generally get things done. Obviously you’re a star-facilitator, don’t think we need to mention that?
We’re seeking someone with at least 5 years of experience in service design, particularly in creating digital services, to join our team.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Identify service opportunities through research and workshops.
- Make research findings tangible for stakeholders and product team.
- Prototype service concepts and run experiments.
- Create service concepts through ideation, prototyping and validation.
- Identify service feasibility and how to implement it in the organisation.
- Communicate results and strategy to stakeholders in a way they can understand it.
- Support the client’s organisation during the service implementation.
In addition, we expect you to:
- Have experience creating digital services.
- Co-ordinate projects.
- Contribute to efficient skills transfer.
- Contribute to a great working environment.
- To always represent Humblebee in the best possible way to contacts, customers, industry gatherings, trade events, external partners and suppliers.
- Keep updated, deepen your existing skills and widen your range by finding avenues of development you find interesting.
- Suggest and raise any larger project proposals for discussion.
