Use collaborative and service design methods to quickly explore and create business models and value propositions. Use digital prototyping and storytelling techniques to quickly validate and iterate with stakeholders. Facilitate co-creative sessions to define a future Human Brand Experience-led vision and the steps required to reach it. Assess the impact and write the business case.
