In your role as Service Designer, you will be responsible for designing and improving the overall customer experience of our products and services created for employees, healthcare professionals or patients. Solutions and improvements will be directly tested and implemented. You will work in a culturally diverse and globally distributed environment.

The Service Design Practice at Bayer is young and needs to be shaped. You are interested in evolving Bayers way of working and taking others along.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and customer needs
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
• Design and refine the overall customer journey for our products and services
• Map pain points and opportunities
• Use insights to create a blueprint of the desired experience
• Ensure that designs are feasible and align with technical constraints and requirements
• Test and validate designs within pilot markets to gather feedback and iterate on ideas
• Create and maintain design documentation
• Contribute to the development of the company’s design culture and processes

Who you are

• Proficient in Service Design, Design Thinking, and Human-Centered Design, with at least five years of experience
• Knowledgeable about digital transformation and change management
• Able to work independently and think creatively, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to challenge the status quo
• User-focused but also able to consider the needs of other stakeholders and adapt to changing environments
• Responsive to feedback and able to adapt quickly
• Committed to solving complex design problems and passionate about improvement
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• You have a portfolio of work
• A Plus: Familiar with Sales Force Marketing Cloud, data platforms (CRM, Tableau)
