Service/UX Designer

📌 Job Description

At Portero Seguro , we are looking for a UX Designer or Service Designer with 3 years of experience in experience design and service optimization to improve security and management in residential buildings. This position will be key to defining, innovating and improving our products and services, ensuring that solutions are efficient, intuitive and aligned with the needs of our clients.

🔎 Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the user experience in the Secure Doorman services.
• Map and analyze customer journeys to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement design thinking methodologies to create innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with development, product and customer experience teams to define improvement strategies.
• Conduct proof of concept and validation tests with users (residents, administrators and security personnel).
• Create and manage service blueprints , identifying critical points in customer interaction.
• Evaluate satisfaction and efficiency metrics to continuously iterate and optimize services.

🎓 Requirements

✅ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service design, UX Research, strategic design or innovation.

✅ Knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean UX and Service Blueprinting methodologies .

✅ Experience in customer journey mapping and touchpoint optimization.

✅ Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (IT, CX, Sales, Security).

✅ Ability to conduct interviews, user testing and service prototyping.

✅ Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Miro, MURAL, Adobe XD or similar .

✅ Experience in technology applied to security, proptech or smart buildings or Artificial Intelligence is desirable.
