Offer Description
Design and implement a differentiating experience for Auna members and patients.
1. Identify, in collaboration with the different Access and Delivery areas, the needs and pain points of Auna’s internal and external users.
2. Identify opportunities for improvement in the experience of Auna’s internal and external users and design solutions that address these opportunities.
3. Co-create solutions that address improvement opportunities in collaboration with the respective Access and Delivery areas to validate, test, pilot, implement and scale them, taking into account the omnichannel nature of interactions with users.
4. Design tools that help measure the impact of the implemented solutions.
5. Adhere to patient safety policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices.
6. Comply with the Person-Centered Care Policy” or “Promote a culture of people-centered care by providing quality and warm care.
Candidate Requirements
- · More than 4 years of experience in Service Design and/or Research
- · Experience in areas of innovation laboratories, strategic design consulting, start-ups
- · Experience in the implementation of services and strategic design
- · Mastery of user-centered research and methodologies, Project Management, Prototyping
- · Experience in Storytelling and use of visualization tools, Microsoft Office, G-Suite.
- · Intermediate or advanced English
- · Graduate in graphic design, industrial design, industrial engineering, health or related fields
