Sustainable harvesting and management are the very foundation for all value creation in the wild fish industry. The Norwegian Raw Fish Association plays a central role through our responsibility for the sale of wild-caught seafood from Nordmøre to Finnmark.

Now we want to strengthen our position within digital service development and are looking for someone who is passionate about creating good digital services. At Norges Råfisklag you will work at an exciting intersection between technology, the fishing industry and management. Our ambition is to be able to meet fishermen and fish buyers at sea, on the quay, wherever they are at work, with flexible and user-friendly services that are adapted to a mobile and hectic everyday life. Fishermen and the fishing industry should have access to good collaboration tools with Norges Råfisklag 24/7.

You will be part of a team that performs tasks within our service offering and development takes place in collaboration with the IT department and partners in ICT services. Our services should ensure that customers and employees are looked after in a professional and responsible manner. 

Tasks include:
• Using service design methods to develop and improve digital services with
    a focus on efficient processes and user experiences.
• Mapping the needs and wishes of internal and external stakeholders through
   user surveys and qualitative surveys.
• Being able to visualize complex systems and processes, and communicate these
   in an understandable way.
• Leading development processes from idea to finished result in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Developing and managing the user interface in digital solutions.
• Contributing photos and films to Råfisklaget’s public relations department.
• Seeing opportunities and taking initiatives.

Your background:
• Education in service design/UX design or similar. Relevant experience
   can compensate for the education requirement.
• Experience with design processes, insight work and prototypes.
• Master relevant design tools. 
• Project work or work with processes from beginning to completion.
• Flexible development in relation to improvements and implementations.
• It is an advantage if you have expertise in target group-oriented communication
   and are a good communicator in both spoken and written Norwegian. 

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience. You are used to mapping user needs and transforming this into solutions that work for users. You must be willing to learn and have the ability to see solutions through collaboration and knowledge. We are looking for someone who has a passion for development and is good at seeing the big picture, and can combine user needs and business needs. You are flexible and have the ability to use creative expertise in different areas of the organization and have good execution skills.
