We want to join our Service Designer team
WHAT TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Service Designer
- Extensive experience conducting research with end users and stakeholders
- Proven knowledge of outputs such as Service Blueprints, Personas, Empathy Maps, Customer Journeys
- Design Thinking
- Proven ability to generate rapid prototypes (from paper to the use of digital tools)
- Synthesis capacity
- Proactivity
ESSENTIAL UPDATED BOOK
MODALITY: HYBRID (3 days in the office 2 days at home)
WHAT SKILLS/SOFT SKILLS WOULD WE LIKE YOU TO HAVE?
- Proactivity
- Ability to work as a team
- Very eager to learn
- Ability to work autonomously on the project
