WHO are we looking for?
We are looking for a Service Designer to work with an important client in the financial sector.
WHAT responsibilities will you have?
- Analyze information, being able to deepen the needs of customers.
- Generate guidelines and guides for each point of contact, adding value to all stakeholders.
WHAT requirements are we looking for?
- 3 years of experience in user-centered design projects.
- Strategic and methodological approach.
- End to end experience of services and / or products.
- Strategic design skills (align business needs with the user).
- Service design skills (tools, methodology).
- 360 research of products and services in different channels (online and offline).
- Mastery of tools such as blueprint, customer journey, experience prototypes, storyboards, etc.
Indispensable:
- Applied experience in DCU projects.
- Relationship with Stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the service design process.
- For this position it is essential to send CV and Book / Portfolio.
