in NEORIS, digital accelerator that helps companies enter the future, we are looking for a Service Designer,
Main Responsibilities:
- 360 research of products and services in different channels (online and offline).
- It generates guidelines and guides for each point of contact, adding value to all the actors.
- Master tools such as blueprint, customer journey, experience prototypes, storyboards, etc.
- Analyzes the information and is able to delve into the needs of customers.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in user-centered design projects.
- Strategic and methodological approach.
- End to end experience of services and/or products.
- Strategic design skills (align business needs with the user).
- Service design skills (tools, methodology).
- Applied experience in DCU projects
- Relationship with stakeholders
- Knowledge of service design process.
