Service Designer
Experience:
- 4 years as a Service Designer
- Required knowledge:
- Design of digital products and/or services.
- User-centered design and Design Thinking
- Service design tools: service blue print, ecosystem map, etc.
- Research with users (qualitative and quantitative)
- Follow up on a project end to end.
- Risk analysis and identification.
- Business model
- Behavioral Economics
