Experience:
- 5 years of experience in service design
- Experiencia con blueprint, customer journey, prototipos de experiencia, storyboards, Stakeholder map, ecosystem map etc.
- Research with users (qualitative and quantitative)
- Strategic design focused on users Design Thinking
- Understanding behavioral economics
- Important and essential: Share Book with complete Case Study where the Design Thinking methodology has been applied.
Assignment:
- Hybrid, offices in Reforma. CDMX.
