Junior Service Designer

You are more than an advocate for the user – you have a vision for what truly great experiences can be and want to create the future of digital. As a Service Designer, you will work closely with clients and their customers to improve services by considering the end-to-end experience across all channels and touch points from a customer and organization perspective. Combining your strategy, innovation and technology knowledge, you will play a key role in the ideation and the co-creation phases. You will facilitate innovation workshops and be the voice of the final user thanks to your Design Thinking and Human-centered Design skills
Your next challenge
* Work with our clients to understand their business requirements in the broader context of their digital strategy and advocate for the customer
* Animate workshops and use service design methods and tools
* Identify user issues trough user research, polls and interviews and be able to transpose complex issues into simple words
* Co-create personas, customer journeys, experience map, wireframes and prototypes
* Participate in developing the Service Design team by playing a mentoring and coaching role to other team members
Your skills
* Have in-depth experience in service design methods and tools, including qualitative user research, workshop planning and facilitating, ideating, concepting and prototyping
* Show the ability to connect user need definition with concrete business objectives and translate into functional and creative solutions
* Show excellent communication skills to be able to build strong team and client relationships as well as effectively pitch design concepts and articulate design decisions
* Understand the potential of multidisciplinary teams, including data analysts, UX/UI designers, visual designers, front-end developers and other business/technology experts
* Have Design Thinking and Human-centered Design as a mindset
* Enjoy continuously developing skills, knowledge, and insight on latest research and work on service design
* Are fluent in English and French. German is considered an asset
