The Interaction Designers of Fjord Milano work with the project teams to define and design service solutions that take into consideration not only the digital aspects of the service, but also the relationship between customers and services.

Your challenges:
- Apply conceptual thinking to create world-class digital services across multiple platforms, bringing together user needs, business goals and technical realities
- Develop solid UX concepts, including defining customer needs, analyzing tasks and creating personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flows and use cases
- Translate concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity despite system complexity
- Define the UI design through information architecture, wireframes and user flows and validate it through usability tests
- Working directly with clients and prospects to design end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative design techniques, including observation studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights, learn about the user behavior and verify design concepts
- Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design and design logic both verbally and visually
- Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, project management, business and brand strategists, and hardware and software developers
- Effectively collaborate with remote team members, including designers, researchers, engineers, product management, marketing, and others.

- Ideally gained 3 to 5 years of experience in designing user interfaces with consumer and B2B applications across multiple channels
- You have experience in guiding and applying user-centered design processes
- You have gained expertise in a variety of methods for conveying ideas and concepts
- A strategic perspective on work activities
- Strong influence, negotiation and communication skills
- A curious mind, with a passion for design
- Fluent knowledge of the English language. Other languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel abroad.
