About the job
We are looking for a talented Service designer. You should have a few years (3-5) of experience in design with an array of digital services and systems in your portfolio. You should have a solid understanding of design thinking, can facilitate workshops, and organize field research and interviews to map and understand consumer behaviors.
Job Specifications
Be a core member of an interdisciplinary project team ·
Bring systems level thinking to dissect and interpret the entire ecosystem of a product, service or system
Lead ethnographic research and contextual design investigations to understand customer behaviors, pain points, needs and aspirations
Drive synthesis and insight generation, with an emphasis on collaboration and group facilitation
Communicate and envision design deliverables, ideas, service models, customer journeys, scenarios, system maps, infographics, and artifacts in support of a client mission
Collaborate with designers and technologists to map and visualize ideas
Bring an Omnichannel lens to services, combining analog and digital touchpoints
Conduct qualitative and quantitative methods of evaluation · Maintain a human-centered focus to your work
Lead workshop
Bring UX leadership to digital systems
Qualifications
A bachelor degree or higher
3-5 years experience
Hong Kong resident, no working visa required
Excellent communication skills in English
