As Service Designer, you’ll be a crucial member of this growing team, translating our deep expertise into digestible content while designing experiences for clients to activate behaviour change toward sustainable food systems.
CORE ROLE
- Serve as consulting client manager, workshop designer & facilitator
- Analyse client needs and organisational context to devise strategic approach for promoting behaviour change toward sustainable food
- Translate technical language around sustainable food issues into more layman, easily digestible content pieces for target audiences, together with MarComms lead
- Plan and strategise how to drive behaviour change among clients & stakeholders
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Cantonese working proficiency & ideally written Chinese translation ability
- Business acumen & passion for sustainability
- 7+ years experience in design thinking, innovation or sustainability consulting
- Strong combination of graphic design & Design Thinking training
- Outstanding facilitation & writing skills in diverse settings, across levels of seniority
- Skillful at simplifying content & designing infographics; Willing to learn new software
- Enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced small team
- Creative spirit, proactive & highly organised
DESIRABLE
- Degree in strategic design, sustainability, communications, business or similar
- Experience working with the foodservice and/or food-related sector
