Service Designer

As our operations grow, we are looking for new experts to join us! We are now looking for a service designer for interesting customer projects to work on future digital services for government clients.

This is how you succeed with us

You already have a few years of experience in service design as well as user experience design, and you are in your element when it comes to developing and designing new digital service concepts.

We expect you to:
• Strong monitors service design and various service concepts from design
• Experience in the design of digital services
• The enthusiasm to be involved in customer projects are doing conceptual design or planning a more detailed level
• Experience in a variety of user research and testing methods
• Experience in conception and innovation workshops withdrawal
• Strong displays user-centered design
• Ability to adapt bring together business needs, technological capabilities, and customer experience
• Excellent teamwork and interaction skills
• Active and self-initiated approach
• Willingness to learn new and develop both own and team practices
• Bachelor’s or university degree suitable for the task
• Good written and oral Finnish and English skills
• Experience with design tools such as Illustrator, Photos Sketch, Invision, Axure tmv.
