Service Designer

F-Secure Corporation
We are looking for a talented service designer to join our B2B organization and help us become even more customer-centric!
You will perform customer research and form value adding and actionable insights. You will design functional and desirable digital services based on customer understanding. You are highly skilled in human-centric design practices and service design methodology. You are comfortable in leading customer interviews, co-design workshops as well as analysing findings on your own.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate service design projects that improve our B2B business operations
- Conduct customer research tasks, both interviews and customer surveys
- Participate organizational and process development projects that turn our business operations lean and customer value adding
What are we looking for?
- Over 2 years of service design experience
- Participated of number of successful service design projects that improve customer-centricity
- Excited to work with people and share your expertise by facilitating workshops and communicating about your findings frequently
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Bonus points
- UX Design skills
- Experience of the B2B environment
- Experience of the cyber security field
