Lead Service Designer

We are looking for a talented and passionate Lead Service Designer to join our newly formed Marketing Technology Solutions unit! This role is reporting to the Marketing Technology Solutions Director and supporting in various projects to enhance digital customer experience, digital marketing smartness, market-leading design, and user-friendliness. If you are fascinated by leading service design strategy across various projects in different markets, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, we would love to hear from you!
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design vision and strategy across various projects, ensuring design and UX excellence.
- Design and iterate on our digital customer journeys, to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience across relevant touch points.
- Contribute to developing the service design domain within the Marketing Technology Solutions.
- Support initiatives across customer journeys in Fortum Consumer Solutions, to ensure a professional and coherent experience in line with brand guidelines.
- Drive innovation and creative excellence within the service design function.
- Establish and enforce service design standards, processes, and best practices.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate design goals and processes effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in service design.
To excel in this role, you are expected to have:
- Strong understanding of service design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using tools for service design, such as journey mapping software.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align service design with business goals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field.
- At least 5 years of design experience and a successful track record.
- Highly skilled in your own field and good knowledge of other design expertise areas.
- Experienced with agile and lean methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the design team.
