At CasaToro , we are looking for a Service Designer with at least 2 years of experience in service design and a clear focus on improving experiences. If you are passionate about transforming insights into strategic solutions, this is your opportunity to join an interdisciplinary, dynamic team focused on innovating within the automotive sector.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Lead quantitative and qualitative research: Plan, execute, and analyze interviews, surveys, focus groups, and ethnographic observations to deeply understand users and their interactions with services.
- Facilitate co-creation workshops: Guide and moderate collaborative sessions with internal teams, clients and high-level stakeholders to identify opportunities and generate innovative solutions.
- Translate insights into strategic solutions: Synthesize research data and customer needs into clear concepts, generating briefs that guide design and decision-making.
- Develop key service design tools: Create and manage tools such as Service Blueprints , Customer Journeys , and conceptual prototypes that document and guide service optimization.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities: Analyze complex problems to define areas for improvement that generate tangible value for both the business and end users.
- Propose high-impact solutions: Design proposals that align user needs with the strategic objectives of the business, ensuring measurable and scalable results.
- Communicate findings and results: Present clear and persuasive reports to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring decisions are supported by solid data and analysis.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work closely with designers, PMs, developers, and business leaders to align strategies and ensure successful project execution.
- Update yourself and propose new practices: Stay abreast of trends in service design and propose innovative methods that strengthen team processes.

- Strategic thinking: Ability to connect user insights with solutions that positively impact business objectives.
- Advanced communication skills: Confidence and clarity when presenting deliverables, both internally and in front of high-level stakeholders.
Basic requirements:
- Professional in Industrial Design, Administration, Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum experience: 2 years in service design or similar roles.
- Advanced mastery of tools such as Service Blueprint , Customer Journey Mapping , Design Thinking , and collaboration software (Miro, Figma, etc.).
- Excellent handling of presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote).
