How is the rockstar we are looking for?
- 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Knowledge of work methodologies such as: Design Thinking
- Interest in service design with experience using service design methods.
What will your challenges be?
- Analyze, collect and interpret information to establish a diagnosis that allows building action plans focused on the client and backstage users.
- Propose and suggest the appropriate tools and methodologies for each project (customer journey maps, blueprints, flowcharts, use cases, concept tests, contingency design, etc.)
- Moderate and facilitate workshops to co-create solutions for initiatives with different types of stakeholders.
- Test and validate the solution proposals with the client or end user through the most relevant tools and methods.
- Present and communicate the findings for the decision-making of the project sponsors.
