We are currently looking for a Service Designer Sr.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic design, service design and customer experience.
- Experience in definition, creation and implementation of experience management tools and methodologies (Customer Journey Map, Service blue prints, CSAT, NPS and CES)
- Participation in workshops and work instances for the management of CX support methodologies.
- Solid knowledge in visual design (composition, readability, accessibility, etc.)
- Management of Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, Maze or similar.
- English: Intermediate level
