Service Designer

What will your typical day look like?

Collaborate on end-to-end Service Design projects – You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and use a mixed-method human centered design approach to research and design to develop experiences for our clients, employees and citizens. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders to help them set a vision for projects, including framing the problems to be solved and defining criteria for project success. You’ll work effectively within constraints, understanding the broader organizational context but also being ready to challenge it when necessary. Your goal will be to make technology more human and humans more human.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

As a Service Designer you have:

• 4+ years of professional experience in a design consultancy or equivalent position
• Proven designs and experience of launched services that have been implemented in the real world
• Experience analyzing and translating research data into meaningful insights and powerful stories
• Experience for running UX Research, UX Design and/or UX Strategy mandates
• Knowledge and expertise in different UX methodologies (e.g. usability tests, card sorting, guerilla test, surveys, field interview, ethnography study, etc.)
• Knowledge and expertise in prototyping in low and/or high-fidelity prototypes on different tools (e.g. Sketch, AdobeXD, Figma, etc.)
