Responsibilities and assignments
- Support the development and evolution of the product journey.
- Carry out alignments, negotiations and frequent interactions with different areas of the company.
- Analyze metrics and generate hypotheses based on the context of action.
- Contribute to the planning, execution and compilation of usability research and testing to inform design decisions.
- Constantly present the generated materials.
- Develop mappings and design journeys.
- Support the planning and management of dynamics with the team (matrices, Design Sprint, Discovery, etc.).
- Explore and bring market practices and trends to the company.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for improving the team’s operational efficiency – Design Ops.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed or ongoing higher education course in Design or related areas.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the role or related activities.
- Intermediate English (reading and writing).
- Interpersonal relationship and teamwork skills.
- Good communication: writing, public presentation, argumentation and synthesis.
- Analytical ability to obtain, interpret and provide relevant information.
- Solid knowledge of good practices and usability heuristics.
- Experience in facilitating conversational dynamics and processes.
- Experience with journey mapping.
- Experience in design dynamics and processes (matrices, Design Sprint, Discovery, Design Thinking, etc.).
- Experience with research to validate hypotheses and understand the user profile.
- Knowledge of data analysis and metrics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics and similar).
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma or similar.
- Knowledge in prototyping and usability testing.
Additional information
To stand out in this position, it would be nice if you also had:
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Previous experience with digital products.
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
- Knowledge in storytelling and data visualization.
- Ability to develop prototypes and layouts.
- Basics of HTML and CSS.
- Availability for the hybrid model with in-person classes once a week in São Paulo (Faria Lima)
