Triggo Labs has a super cool opportunity to work as a Service Designer
🎯 A little about the position:
Professional to work together with our partner in the Financial area. The Service Designer person will be responsible for mapping different types of journeys that exist in our partner’s services to identify customer pain points and business opportunities.
🏡 + 🏢 Performance is in the hybrid model (3x a week in the Campos Elíseos region of SP, Monday being mandatory) to enrich the relationship between the areas and exchange of knowledge.
✍️ Main activities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and improve the customer journey, identifying critical touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct user research, interviews and market analysis to understand the needs, desires and behaviors of customers.
- Develop customer journey maps and process flows that highlight the points of contact between the customer and the company.
- Create and facilitate in-person and online workshops;
- Connect different areas to have a consistent alignment on how to improve the service;
- From mapping the journeys with their pain points and opportunities, list the next steps and areas responsible for implementing solutions and quick-wins;
- Present results in executive forum.
💻 Main technical skills:
- Mastery of Service Design tools and adapting them according to the challenge;
- Workshop creation and facilitation;
- Discovery (quantitative and qualitative research);
- Disseminate knowledge of the area to stakeholders;
- Knowledge about metrics;
- Miro.
🙂 Main behavioral skills:
- Good communication;
- Ability to explain and defend design decisions;
- Collaborative work with other areas;
- Go after information on your own (but with guidance from leadership, of course);
- Understand that it is not always possible to apply the ideal design process;
- Resilience to deal with a more traditional and large profile environment;
We would be very pleased if, in addition to all of this, you have:
- Experience in the Bank area;”
