We are looking for a Service Design professional to work in our Digital Experience team at act digital.

About the Challenge
You will be part of the Digital Experience team composed of a multidisciplinary team, promoting the Design culture and delivering value through innovative paths, opportunities and experiences. It will assist in co-creating solutions that deliver value, spreading and encouraging user-centered design.
Your main objective as Service Designer will be to understand the entire ecosystem that involves our customers, identifying the real design problem that needs to be solved.
what do we expect from you
– Planning, conducting and implementing the immersion process
– Ability to analyze and synthesize data / extract insights
– Preparation of journeys, blueprints, personas, service ecosystem, etc.
– Facilitation of dynamics with customers
– Application of product/service creation methodologies and prioritization techniques
– Implementing solutions with the pains and opportunities raised
– Definition and alignment of OKRs with customers
– Documentation of reports and learnings
– Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements and Qualifications
– Minimum 1 year experience in the Service Design process
– Proactivity and good communication with the internal team and customers
– Knowledge of the Design Thinking approach
– Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
– Basic knowledge of English for business understanding
