MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Map the user journey, identifying pain points and opportunities to bring a fluid, intuitive and well-resolved experience;
- Develop interfaces and flows, adapting and improving the e-commerce context;
- Identify research opportunities and take a proactive stance in formulating hypotheses, A/B testing, usability testing and other discovery methodologies;
- Monitor deliveries throughout the process, ensuring quality in design artifacts – from research, through development, to monitoring solutions in production;
- Be close to the PO and business areas, CRO and CX to help identify problems, signal pain and user needs, actively collaborating in the construction and evolution of products;
- Be close to the designers of other products to identify and discuss opportunities for synergy and alignment between channels;
- Learn and contribute to the dissemination of Design culture.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Design methodologies;
- Application of design thinking workshops and dynamics;
- Experience with E-commerce;
- Translation of ideas for stakeholders through sketches, storyboards, navigable prototypes, among others;
- Creation of interfaces for web and applications (iOS, Android and hybrid);
- Aesthetic sense and obstinacy for high quality interfaces;
- Prototyping and analysis tools (Figma, Hotjar, Google Analytics). if you don’t know how to use Figma, migrating from Adobe XD or Sketch is very easy – we’ll help you;
- Agile methodologies, knowing how to adapt to changes throughout the process;
- Know how to act from an already defined styleguide;
- Experience with Service Design;
- Analytical and proactive profile: makes use of facts and data to guide decisions, is able to act without expecting attributions from above and knows how to self-manage.
- Knowledge of user research
