Triggo Labs has a super cool opportunity to act as a Senior Service Designer

The designer professional must master the DISCOVERY process, as it will be necessary to invest in various types of research to generate clarity about the product and find ways to leverage it in the market.

Having good communication will be essential to disseminate research learnings and also to involve people in the discovery process.

Will apply and analyze quantitative and qualitative research, map journeys, build and facilitate co-creation workshop, present data to executive forum, etc.

Must master the design process well (focus: discovery) with a business eye;
