Purpose of the Vacancy
Understand user needs, expectations and behaviors through research and analysis to inform the design and creation of digital products and systems. The main mission is to generate insights and recommendations for developing impactful and effective user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan, conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research, such as interviews, surveys, usability tests and field observations, to understand users’ needs and challenges.
- Create and update personas, user typologies, and other artifacts that represent user profiles and journeys.
- Consolidate and communicate research results and recommendations clearly and objectively through reports, presentations and other appropriate means.
- Work closely with the team of designers to ensure insights gained are applied to the design and creation of future products and services.
- Participate in ideation and prototyping sessions, contributing ideas based on data and insights obtained through research.
- Stay up to date on trends and best practices in user experience research by participating in events, courses and communities related to the area.
- Collaborate with other weme researchers and professionals to share knowledge, exchange experiences and improve research methodologies and approaches.
