How the AI team builds Loft:
The AI team’s mission is to develop a sales-enhancing agent, improving relationships with brokers and real estate agencies. The goal is to create interactions that add value to users, optimizing the conversion of Loft products and making processes more efficient and accessible.
Our current focus is on structuring an intelligent assistant that helps brokers perform strategic tasks, such as financing simulations, property pricing, and lead updates. Although the platform already has a high level of engagement, the challenge is to convert this interaction into closed contracts, ensuring that AI acts as a facilitator in the sales process.
The challenges you will encounter:
- Create and optimize experiences within AI initiatives, ensuring clear and efficient flows for conversion;
- Identify and prioritize high-impact interactions in the conversion of Loft products;
- Facilitate discovery processes, combining qualitative and quantitative research to support decisions;
- Translate complex challenges into tangible solutions, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers and Data Scientists;
- Create service prototypes and conversation flows for more natural and persuasive interactions;
- Define success metrics and monitor the impact of implemented solutions;
- Act transversally, connecting squads and initiatives to ensure scalability and coherence in solutions;
- Influence the user-centered design culture within the AI team, bringing practices from service design, UX and research.
What do you need to turn the key?
- Experience in digital products and technology, including creating scalable solutions;
- Advanced knowledge in structuring user journeys, flow mapping, service blueprinting and conversational design;
- Consolidated experience in user research, usability testing and quantitative validations;
- Ability to structure intelligent interactions and define strategic communication flows;
- Ability to translate complex challenges into solutions aligned with user and business needs;
- Systemic and strategic vision to act within a squad and connect different initiatives from other business fronts;
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively, sharing knowledge with the team.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Design, UX Design or related areas.
