Senior Service Designer

Professional who leads complex transformation projects with a strategic vision. Defines design directions aligned with organizational objectives, creates advanced digital prototypes and establishes impact metrics. Works closely with leadership to define innovation roadmaps and integrates new technologies into service design .

• Solid knowledge of user-centered design methodologies;                                      
• Experience with design tools such as Figma and Miro;                                       
• Develops and validates prototypes and mockups to test ideas;                                 
• Knowledge of research methodologies;   
• Develops and implements design strategies to meet user needs and business objectives;                  
• Create captivating presentations adapting the language for different audiences (from operational to executive);        
• Raises hypotheses for solutions to the problems identified in Discovery;
• Analyzes services holistically, identifying their impacts and opportunities;     
• Plans, executes and facilitates collaborative activities and workshops with different internal and external stakeholders;
• Applies different design research methods to obtain qualitative and qualitative data;                           
• Plans and conducts in-depth interviews;                                            
• Conducts interviews with users and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations;                                                                     
• Conducts market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities;
• Has good public speaking and teaching skills to build storytelling and conduct presentations;          
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the concept of value delivery;

• 4 or more years of experience in the technology or innovation area working as a service designer, designer thinker, product designer or related;
• Training in Design, UX/UI Design or related areas;
• Design Thinking, Facilitation Techniques, Storytelling, Product Vision, Research Methods and Agile Methodology;
• Differential:
• Knowledge in Product Design;
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain sector;
