As a Service Designer at iO:

  • You are responsible for researching, designing and improving the digital government services offered to citizens.
  • You will work closely with various teams , including developers , policy makers and user researchers , to create a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • You will use both quantitative and qualitative research methods to understand end-user needs and translate insights into concrete and impactful concepts, customer journeys, prototypes and roadmaps .
  • You combine creativity and expertise to deliver unique and qualitative results that can really impact the daily lives of Belgians.
  • You will continue to monitor and evaluate the services to make continuous improvements . This includes collecting user feedback, analyzing usage data, and implementing iterative improvements.
