Service Designer

As a Service Designer, you will be working in the Line of business ‘Every Day Banking’ to deliver a streamlined and digital first experience for our customers across all life cycle moments, to help achieve the ultimate goal of helping more Australians with their payments, savings and transactional banking needs. You will be responsible for defining the current state of customer journeys for Everyday Banking and prioritising audience segments and determining moments that matter, pain points and key expectations. You will develop Service Design blueprints which consider the experience from a customer, employee, technology and process perspective as well as integrating data points across the journey and map the effectiveness of the customer experience and identify opportunities. In this role, you will work in an integrated manner across strategy, customer intelligence and customer value proposition squads and other villages such as Acquisition & Activation and Life cycle.

What do I need?
We’d expect you to have Human Centred Design experience as well as discovery research, strategic design, service design and UX / UI expertise. You will need Agile and Lean experience as well as hypothesis creation, prototype design and user testing experience. You will need strong working experience with Sketch, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Indesign, XD) as well advance excel and PowerPoint skill. Previous experience with business strategy, customer value proposition/product and data intelligence with an industrial degree in a related discipline will be highly regarded.
