Senior Service Designer

NSW Department of Customer Service
As a Senior Service Designer you will also:
– Lead discovery activities to identify insights and opportunities across a pipeline of diverse projects
– Create fit for purpose design artefacts including service blueprints, personas and behavioural archetypes
– Design new and innovative services and products that address hardship for our customers and staff through prototyping and testing
– Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across Revenue NSW, the NSW Government and NGO sector and respond to their diverse perspectives
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
– Experience designing, leading and delivering customer focused projects
– An ability to investigate complex problems and prototype, test and iterate towards solutions
– Experience in communicating the need for change through exceptional verbal and written communication skills and creation of design artefacts.
– An ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines, while also being flexible and resilient in an environment of changing or competing priorities.
– An ability to develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships across multiple stakeholders.
