About the team
The team is made up of a research function that runs a voice of customer program and a design function that partners with the business to do service design activities including in product development, which this role will be involved in.
TA is developing products and services that contribute to life saving communication during a disaster. This role will be involved in the development of a service offering that empowers emergency service provides to access lifesaving communication faster. The ideal candidate will be able to understand customer needs, develop the service design and document the requirements for a digital and technical product. Knowledge of Telco industry and/or Emergency Services is an advantage. This role is best suited to a service designer with some UX skills.
Your day-to-day
- Understand key customer needs through
- Define customer requirements to meet those needs
- Liaise with technical staff to convert customer requirements to technical requirements
- Develop an end-to-end service design
- Provide guidance on usability for digital tools
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience developing a service blueprint for a technical product in development.
- Ability to develop front end digital solutions that adhere to good UX practices.
- Ability to Liaise with a range of stakeholders including technical and non-technical staff and customers.
- Ability to write convert customer requirements into technical requirements.
