🚀 You are in contact with the people we do it all for: the healthcare workers! By email, telephone, and on location you support the healthcare workers in their work.
đź’Ą You will join a flexible and multidisciplinary team that is always looking for ways to improve.Â

🗓️ You will usually be at our office in Delft (4 days a week) and approximately once a week at a healthcare location.
🎉 By acting quickly, asking questions and obtaining feedback, you make a noticeable difference in the daily lives of healthcare workers.
These are your responsibilities
As a Service Designer, you immerse yourself in the work process of healthcare to develop solutions they need to make their work easier, more enjoyable and better. You listen well, ask the right questions and know how to clearly map out challenges and new ideas.
- Switching quickly between different topics, locations and teams is second nature to you.
- Reflecting on the process, your colleagues and yourself comes easy to you. You actively ask for feedback and give it back constructively. This way we continue to improve ourselves and remain flexible when a different direction is needed; and this way we can provide the very best service for healthcare.
- Providing and improving service : through close contact with healthcare workers you discover what they need to make their work easier and more pleasant.
- Taking the lead in projects where you are ultimately responsible for the outcome, while coaching others to continuously improve.
Who are you?
You are enthusiastic, service-oriented and want to be part of a positive and hard-working team. You have an eye for healthcare workers and want to provide the very best support, so that they can focus on caring for our loved ones.
- You are eager to learn , communicative , and think in terms of improvements .
- You are a real go-getter ! You like to roll up your sleeves, are always there for others and have the energy to make Momo’s service even better.
- You can communicate well in Dutch ; communicating in English is a plus.
- You enjoy visiting healthcare locations and alternating between providing service and improving it.
