How do you do this?

• design and conduct qualitative design research using ethnographic and participatory methods;
• leading co-design workshops with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems;
• define the service vision, personas, customer journeys, service blueprints and build strategic roadmap to deliver the service features and desired experience based on customer insights;
• define the design concepts for each service touchpoint in the service;
• prototype digital and physical solutions to test and learn from together with customers;
• providing specifications.
