We are looking for a Service Designer

Main responsibilities:

As the person primarily responsible for designing services focused on people’s needs, the Service Designer will be responsible for orchestrating all the activities required for this purpose, articulating and guiding the stakeholders involved in the projects and, in turn, supporting the other members of the design team from a holistic and strategic perspective of this field of action.

• Participate in the analysis of Business Understanding and the definition of the end user to whom the service/product is directed.
• Contribute to the construction of the project strategy to provide support to participating stakeholders.
• Create service design proposals taking into consideration both the experience of end users and that of the organization’s stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate co-creation sessions with the actors of the projects in which you participate.
• Research the application of techniques and tools that can be applied during the research and service design processes; and evaluate the relevance of their application according to the nature of the project.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative information that serves as a basis for creating service designs.
• Monitor and validate the implementation and delivery of the designed service, taking into consideration the defined metrics, in order to identify points of improvement for the following iterations.
• Coordination with stakeholders and other team members, planning and participating in exploratory research and evaluation sessions with users of the proposed services.
• Propose the definition of indicators to measure the success of the service(s) designed for the project
• Knowledge of project management and team in charge
• Coordination with the Design Discipline team, sharing and transmitting knowledge to members of the team under their charge and other teams, as appropriate.
• Get to know the entire team to know how to take advantage of the different skills that the project has and enhance it.
• Support in making UX estimates, UI Design pre-sale proposal.

Requirements:

• Has proven experience in at least one (1) project:
  Development of value propositions (Service Design).
  Exploration that has led to one of the following artifacts: Blueprint, Customer Journey Map and/or information architecture diagrams.
  Planned and managed workshops with different stakeholders and in the company of other design profiles, in any phase of the service cycle.
• Experience in the use of DesignThinking, Service Design and the use of at least 2 other frameworks (Customer Experience, JOBs to BE DONE, Business Design, Strategic Design and Behavioral Design.) Essential
• Mandatory qualitative: In-depth interviews, concept tests, usability tests, guerrilla tests, shadow coaching.
  Mandatory quantitative: minimum reading of descriptive statistics and definition/reading of KPIs and design metrics.
• At least intermediate level of handling: Google Suite, Figma, Mural, Miró, Excel, Agile methodology,
