Job Summary

As a Senior Service Designer , you will be part of a highly skilled, agile, technology-driven team supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our clients’ business outcomes through cutting-edge digital product innovation.

Responsibilities and Functions

  • Perform the necessary diagnosis to generate a new business opportunity or improve the experience of an existing business.
  • Identify tactical and strategic opportunities related to your assignment, generating a memorable value proposition, as well as a consistent end-to-end experience.
  • Lands and adds value to service deliverables, according to the assigned task: business challenge, target audience profile, diagnosis, insights, design principles, areas of opportunity, value proposition and business model.
  • Identify and support opportunities for synergy and efficiency in their role, as well as with other areas, systems or processes of the bank and the group.
  • Influences business decision-making based on customer needs, value proposition and business model, through socialization with cross-functional and C-level teams.

Requirements and Skills

  • Graduate of Industrial Design, UX Design, Psychology, Communication, Marketing or similar careers
  • +4 years of experience in the role of Service Designer.
  • Desirable experience in banking, finance, design and innovation research consultancies, insurance, telco.
  • Demonstrable experience in user experience design, with a focus on Journeys and Service Blueprints.
  • Experience leading service design projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in generating business models (Desirable).
  • Solid technical knowledge:
    • Qualitative Research – Intermediate
    • Quantitative Research – Basic/Intermediate: Designing, executing and/or monitoring quantitative projects, as well as analyzing their results and incorporating them into your own analysis; validated PL/SQL experience.
    • Service Design – Intermediate/Advanced
    • Behavioral Design – Basic
    • Storytelling: experience putting together high-impact, clear and actionable presentations and successfully supporting them in front of diverse audiences (including C-level and other stakeholders).
    • Sustainability & Accessibility – Basic: knowledge of environmental-ecological impact, implementing responsible and efficient practices, as well as inclusive design to ensure that products and services are accessible.
  • Tools: MS Office, Miro/Mural | Figma (basic level), PL/SQL
  • Desirable: ChatGPT/Microsoft Copilot | Optimal Workshop | Maze / Dovetail | SQL (basic level)
